 I grew up in the rugged beauty of Montana, where my days were filled with hiking, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors. Raised by hardworking union parents, I learned the value of fairness, collaboration, and standing up for others. Their example shaped my belief that running a company means fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and shared succes

I earned my MBA from Harvard Business School, where I honed my passion for solving complex business challenges. After graduating, I joined McKinsey & Company as a manager specializing in industrial products, helping companies navigate strategy, operations, and growth. This experience deepened my understanding of business dynamics and reinforced my commitment to driving meaningful impact through thoughtful leadership and innovation.

 I am a proud Navy veteran who graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, where I developed a foundation of discipline, leadership, and service. I served as a nuclear operator aboard the USS Ohio (SSGN-726), mastering complex systems and teamwork under high-stakes conditions. Later, I had the honor of working at the Pentagon for a senior admiral, gaining invaluable insight into strategic decision-making and national defense operations.

 I’m happily married to my wife, Ciara, an accomplished JD/MBA who practices products liability law. Together, we live in a cozy apartment and share a deep commitment to fostering connections and giving back to the community around us. Our partnership is rooted in mutual support, shared ambition, and a dedication to making a positive impact wherever we can.
